Calcined Clays (LC3 and mineral components)

Starting in 2019, we were involved in the development of strategic projects related to calcined clays, from deposits characterization and lab analysis to industrial trials on existing facilities. At present, we are involved in several projects for new calcination lines, analyzing the existing technologies (rotary – flash), and CAPEX and OPEX involved. LC3 (Limestone Calcined Clay Cement) production process and application of other mineral components in the cement industry. Additionally, our services extend to transformation of existing clinker production lines into calcined clays lines in existing plants, showcasing our commitment to facilitating the transition to more sustainable and eco-friendly cement manufacturing practices.
